* impacts...excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- an area of showers and thunderstorms will approach late
tonight and could cause heavy rainfall in the watch area.
portions of the area received between 1 and 2 inches of rain
in the last 24 hours. due to wet ground conditions,
